Please read our Terms and Conditions of Sale should you not agree with anything you can phone, fax or email LPC Tents and we will try to resolve your problem otherwise it will be taken that you accept them in full.

Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on CHECKOUT and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order including a payment made using our encrypted Secure SSL Server or PayPal (you must have a PayPal Account for this option).

Please note that we accept PayPal, Maestro, Delta, Visa, MasterCard, Solo, Visa Electron. Unfortunately, we do NOT accept American Express or Diners Club . Once the order transaction is complete you will receive a Transaction Confirmation email from LPC Tents with a transaction reference number. Please keep these emails for future reference.

Please also note that orders cannot be collected from any of our stores without prior arrangement. Stock availability, prices and special offers may differ instore, please contact LPC Tents for prices and current stock availability.

Back Orders
We make every effort to have all of the products we feature on our website in stock at all times. It is not possible to reflect stock levels precisely on our website. We will try to keep our website as up to date as possible when stock items are no longer available
If any goods you order are out of stock, we will inform you by e-mail promptly and we will give you an estimate as to when we will have them available for you. However, you will always maintain the right to cancel your order if you would rather not wait and we will immediately refund your credit card. If you do decide to proceed, we will place a back order with our supplier and get the product to you within 48 hours of it arriving into our stock.

Pricing and Print Errors
We have taken great care to illustrate our products as clearly and as accurately as possible. No responsibility will be accepted for errors and omissions. We reserve the right to alter specifications and prices without notice
The prices charged for goods shall be those ruling on the date of order.

Complaints
Please contact us immediately so we may speedily and fairly deal with the matter. Cancelling an order
Once an order has been placed online or by telephone it may be cancelled as long as it has not been dispatched. Orders cannot be cancelled once your status becomes DESPATCHED (see Shipping and Returns). Cancellations will only be accepted by TELEPHONE.
